Welcome to eBiz! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our Point of Sale (POS) system. By using this system, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.

eBiz is an online POS system designed for businesses to manage their sales, inventory, and customer relationships efficiently. These Terms of Service govern your use of our application.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use eBiz. You agree not to misuse the system, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the services we provide.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

eBiz offers a free one-month trial period. Post-trial, a subscription is required to continue using the service. Payments are due monthly or annually, as per the chosen plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or non-payment.

6. Data Protection

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on eBiz are the property of Diolichat Ltd You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

eBiz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Diolichat Ltd will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the system, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the system after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rwanda.
